Rules before execution

A grid defines boundaries and alignment without dictating content. The same holds in operations: define specs and response SOPs first, and judgment becomes faster by default.

Structure is reusable

One grid adapts to many layouts. In operations, recurring variables become fixed patterns — answered by template pools and matching rules, not decisions made from scratch each time.

Anticipate the rhythm

Designers anticipate space; operators anticipate business rhythm. The core move is separating the constant from the volatile — then letting rules absorb the volatility.
